Accommodations
Each guest room is named after a historical figure, such as the F. Scott Fitzgerald room, and retains original built-ins and details from the 1920s. Rooms include a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge for late-night snacks. A self-serve snack and beverage station on the second floor offers complimentary drinks, pretzels, and breakfast bars.
Dining
Breakfast is prepared daily by Kevin, an accomplished chef with restaurant-industry experience, who offers three choices: light, sweet, or savory. Dietary needs such as gluten-free and dairy-free are accommodated upon request, and fresh-baked muffins change flavor each day. Guests reserve a breakfast time and can choose a shared community table or a private table.
Location
The bed and breakfast sits in the Cathedral Hill historic district, within walking distance of Summit Avenue mansions and the Minnesota History Center. Xcel Energy Center and a variety of restaurants on Selby Avenue are less than a mile away. Complimentary parking is available behind the house, and street parking is also plentiful.
